Ronald William Clay, 43 of Rome, was arrested at a hotel on Martha Berry Blvd after reports said he was found too loud, boisterous, and shouting profanity.
Reports added that several people at the hotel reported that their peace was disturbed.
Clay is charged with disorderly conduct.
