Terry Lawrence Stroud, 42 of Lindale, was arrested this week after he reportedly jumped over the counter of a Marathon convenience store on Rockmart Highway and stole a bag of cash.
Reports added that Stroud stole $5,000 in cash.
The incident occurred just before 6 am on January 19th .
Stroud is charged with felony theft by taking and probation violation.
