Taylorsville Man Jailed for Stealing Car in Rome

Joseph Dylan Lovingood, 23 of Taylorsville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he stole a vehicle from a home on Mathis Road.

Reports said that the theft occurred back on September 30^th.

Lovingood is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
