Jeremiah Adam Costlow, 38 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he stole numerous items around the area.
Police said that Costlow borrowed a Remington Rifle from a man in Cedartown and then refused to return it despite numerous attempts by the owner to retrieve it.
Reports added that he also obtained a Caterpillar Skidder under the pretense that his former boss was wanting to try the equipment before making the purchase. Running Wild Farms denied any involvement in any such trade or allegation.
Costlow is charged with felony theft by conversion and felony theft by deception.
