A Silver Creek couple, Robert Lee Turner, 35, and Jessica Turner, 34, were arrested at their home on Isabell Road after a verbal altercation became physical.
Reports said that Robert hit Jessica on the face, which resulted in redness and a scratch.
Jessica is accused of causing cuts and scratches to Robert’s neck.
Both are charged with battery.
