Jill Daniel Hooper, 60 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used a CPAP machine to injure another person.
Reports said that Hooper “aggressively pulled a CPAP machine off the victim’s face”. Reports added that Hooper proceeded to repeatedly strike the victim in the face with a closed fist and an open hand.
Hooper is charged with simple battery.
