Angelique Marie Staney, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she made numerous false statements to authorities in order to obtain government assistance.
Reports said that the warrant for Staney’s arrest was signed on December 16th.
Staney is charged with eight counts false statements and writings and fraud in obtaining public assistance, food stamps or Medicaid.
