Nelson Verdugo, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he destroyed property at an apartment on Wilkerson Road.
Reports said that Verdugo damaged a bedroom door, a laundry room double door, and threw furniture and food all over the home.
Verdugo is charged with criminal trespass.
