Chayce Lee Stokes, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he discharged a firearm outside a home on 2nd Avenue.
Police said that Stokes shot toward a victim, in the process striking a vehicle and two homes.
Reports added that the shooting occurred on December 3rd.
He was later found to be in possession of numerous controlled substances and a large amount of marijuana.
Chayce Stokes is charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, three counts criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree, reckless conduct, possession of a schedule I AND schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and two counts possession/distribution of marijuana.
