Donald Hugh Hembree III, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order when he went and made physical contact with a victim from a previous crime.
Reports said that Hembree went to see the victim at a location on Martha Berry Blvd on December 18th.
Hembree is charged with aggravated stalking and probation violation.
