Dustin L Blevins, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said that he was found in possession of numerous drugs while officers were conducting a traffic stop near the intersection of 411 and 27.
Police said that while questioning Blevins he admitted to be driving under the influence of marijuana.
Reports said that officers found Blevins with both methamphetamine and marijuana in his boxers during a search.
Belvins is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and DUI.
