Quentin Bernard Spivey, 40 of Rome, was arrested at Ashland Park this week after reports said he was found with fentanyl and 4-ANPP in which he sold to a police informant.
Reports said that the drug deal occurred earlier this year.
Spivey is charged with three counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, three counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute and two counts sale of a schedule II controlled substance.
