David Joseph Johnealon Guthrie, 21 of Rome, was arrested on drug charges after being pulled over for not having his headlights on.
Reports said that when Guthrie was pulled over, officers found that he was driving on a suspended license.
While being taken into custody, police added that they found him in possession of a large quantity of marijuana and digital scales.
Guthrie is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects, driving on a suspended license and a headlight violation.
