Katelyn Sue Bryant, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she went into a business at 333 Old Lindale Road after being terminated and set off a firealam.
Police said that Bryant’s actions caused the plant to shut down for 30 minutes for evacuation, costing the company an estimated $10,000.
Reports added that four units from the Rome/Floyd County Fire Department was dispatched to the scene.
Bryant is charged with transmitting false reports of a fire and criminal trespass.
