Imuri Machel Orr, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he bit the nail off of a 37-year-old woman’s hand.
Reports added that Orr also scratched the victim and bit the victim’s hand.
The incident occurred at a location on Grady Avenue.
Orr is charged with battery.
