Welch Lee Tessateskie, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he did inappropriate things to a disabled woman while she slept.
Reports said that Tessateskie touched the woman’s breast without her consent. He then proceeded to expose his penis to her before rubbing it across her face while she slept.
Tessateskie is charged with exploitation and intimidation of the elderly.
