Johnnie Wesley Highfield, 62 of Rome, was arrested this week after report said he borrowed a vehicle and then sold it to another person.
Reports said that Highfield borrowed the vehicle back on August 24th and then sold it for $100 the same day.
Highfield is charged with two counts theft by deception and probation violation.
