Kunal Ravindra Wadekar, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with drugs while being pulled over for riding his motorcycle without a helmet.
Reports said that after being pulled over on Alabama Highway it was discovered that he was also driving without a license and with no insurance.
While being taken into custody, police said they found Wadekar in possession of methamphetamine and drug related objects.
Wadelar is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle, possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, driving without license, not wearing a helmet, no insurance for motorcycles and driving an unregistered vehicle.
