Brandon Lewis McGlotha, 65 of Rome, was arrested this week when he allegedly attacked another person in front of a child.
The alleged attack occurred, in which McGlotha made contact in an insulting and provoking manner, occurred at a location on Spring Creek Road.
The child that witnessed the attack was listed at under 18 years of age.
McGlortha is charged with simple battery and cruelty to children.
