Jabree Antwon Oneal, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she threatened another person with a machete during an altercation on Division Street.
Reports said that the victim stated he feared for his life during the altercation. The altercation occurred in front of an 11 year-old child.
Oneal is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats acts and cruelty to children in the third degree.
