The Rockmart Police Department has charged 15 year-old Ashjuan Stocks with felony murder following the shooting death of 38 year-old Cleria Lashae Colvin.
Reports said Colvin was found shot in the area of Forrest Court in Rockmart back on November 19th. Authorities stated that the shooting occurred outside the home and in the street. She was found and rushed to a local hospital where she later died.
Stocks is charged with malice murder, aggravated assault, possession of firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of pistol by person under 18, and possession of marijuana within a 1,000 feet of housing authority.
