Jerome Kenneth Agan, 73 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed another man’s penis through a towel and then proceeded to hold it for approximately ten seconds.
The victim told police that the touching was unwanted.
The incident occurred at the YMCA on East 2nd Avenue.
Agan is charged with sexual battery.
