John Alvin Kimbrough Jr, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in the woods behind the West Rome Walmart with drugs.
Police said that they found Kimbrough with a clear glass smoking device containing methamphetamine.
Kimbrough is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and two counts contempt of municipal court.
