Rodney Lynn Clemons, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he video taped a minor engaging in sexual activity.
The incident occurred at a home in the Shannon community back on August 10th of this year.
While investigators was looking at the allegations, Clemons was banned from school property and activities.
However, Clemons was located at a baseball park watching children play baseball. It was there, Clemons became disorderly and began to yell at umpires. Clemons was asked to leave, but returned after being ejected.
Clemons is charged with sexual exploitation of a child. disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
