Roosevelt Cornelius Williams, 44 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said officers found him in possession of cocaine and marijuana.
The drugs were found on him during a search on New Calhoun Highway.
Williams is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and two counts probation violation.
