Floyd County Police arrested four Romans, Angelo Hasan Ingram, 17, Willie James Lee III, 18, Malcom Tyrell Kennedy, 19, and Ja’Quan Le’ Jackson, 19, on various drugs and weapon charges following a search near the intersection of Wilson and Grover Avenues.

Reports said that a search of the vehicle the teens were in led police to find two stolen firearms, over 28 grams of marijuana, drug distribution materials, methamphetamine, THC oil and digital scales.

Ingram is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, two counts possession/distribution of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, felony theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a gun by someone under the age of 18, and two counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

 Lee is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, possession of methamphetamine, two counts possession/distribution of marijuana, felony theft by receiving stolen property, and two counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Kennedy is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.

Jackson is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, two counts possession/distribution of marijuana, felony theft by receiving stolen property and two counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
