Andy Lathan Morgan, 32 of Aragon, was arrested at a home on Woods Road after attacking a 32 year-old woman.
Reports said that Morgan grabbed the victim by the arms and neck during the altercation. The victim was left with visible injuries from the attack.
Morgan is charged with battery, criminal trespass and probation violation.
