Madison Spencer, 26 of Rainer, Washington, was arrested in Rome this week after she was found allegedly screaming and yelling at employees of the Shell Gas Station on Highway 411.
Police went on to say that when they arrived on scene, Spencer became combative and refused to cooperate. Officers stated that Spencer tried to pull away from them before she wrapped her legs around them. Spencer then proceeded to kick an officer in the chest before being placed in their patrol car.
Spencer is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
