Jeremiah Adam Costlow, 37 of Silver Creek, was arrested after police said he took $1,800 for a boat that he never gave to the buyer.
Reports said that Costlow took the money and then told the buyer that he had to replace a tire on the boat before delivering.
After several months of trying to get the boat or their money back, Costlow did neither.
The original purchase was done back on June 22nd of this year.
Costlow is charged with felony theft by deception.
