Andrew Ray Chastain, 18 of Rome, was arrested at the Floyd County Technical School after he was found with a Delta 8 pen and a baggie of prescription medication.
Chastain is charged with disruption of a public school, possession of tobacco products by a minor and drugs not in their original container.
