Christopher Robert Suits, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into and burglarized the Floyd County Schools College and Career Academy.

Police said that Suits broke a window and then entered the building. While inside he dropped an item that caused damage to the floors.  He then proceeded to steal items from the building.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours of September 12th.

Suits is charged with second degree burglary, theft by taking government property, disruption of a public school and criminal trespass.
