Dustin Copeland Fincher, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he went to a home on Rockmart Highway and kicked the front door to a home in.
Police said that Fincher proceeded to leave the home in a vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol.
When police said they located and pulled Fincher over he was in possession of several open containers of alcohol and a small bag of marijuana.
Fincher is charged with possession of marijuana, DUI, criminal trespass and open container violation.
