An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, William David Cavuoti, 39 of Carrollton, is facing new charges this week after reports said he endangered others while working at the Rome Floyd Recycling Center.
Reports said that Cavuoti had a .38 caliber bullet that he slammed on a conveyor rail, which resulted in the bullet shooting into the ceiling.
Cavuoti is charged with interference with government property and reckless conduct.
