Hazel Dawn Mabry, 40 of Norcross, was jailed in Rome after reports said she attacked another person at an apartment on Dodd Blvd.
Reports said that the victim suffered a visible injury to their neck from the attack.
The incident occurred on September 10 of this year.
Mabry is charged with simple battery.
