Jarius Jajuan Johnson, 26 of Lindale, was arrested after reports said he grabbed a man in an insulting or provoking way on his jacket and then proceeded to throw him out of the home.
The incident occurred back in December 2021 at a home on Tolbert Street.
Johnson is charged with simple battery and probation violation.
