Destiny Jene Mangel, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she beat a man in the face during an altercation at a home on Alfred Avenue.
Reports said that Mangel used her hands and fist to strike the victim’s face. The 42-year-old victim suffered scratches, marks, and bleeding.
Mangel is charged with battery.
