Lachanda Chervon Daniel, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she discharged a gun around 200 people while at Banty Jones Park on East 13th Street.
Police said that Daniel attempted to shoot another person during the incident.
Daniel, a convicted felon, is not allowed to possess a gun according to law.
The incident occurred back on June 4th of this year.
Daniel is charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, discharging a firearm near a public road, reckless conduct and probation violation,
