Mark Anthony Washington, 58 of Rome, was arrested after he attacked two individuals with a knife and a broom during a dispute at a home on Topaz Drive.
Reports said that the incident began when Washington repeatedly hit another person in the head with a broom. He then proceeded to get a knife and get in a fighting stance, which placed the victim in fear of being stabbed.
Police went on to say that another victim was stabbed in the head during the conflict.
Washington is charged with aggravated assault, battery and reckless conduct.
