Patrick Clark McCluney, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was observed dancing naked on the balcony of the Fairbridge Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
Police said that McCluney was displaying his genitals while dancing in public,
McCluney is charged with public indecency.
