Two Romans, Jack Clifford Way, 25, and Corninka Onee Kennedy, 43, were arrested this week after reports said they threatened others at Rick’s Food Mart on Martha Berry Blvd.
Kennedy is accused of screaming she would “f***him up” to a 25-year-old man.
Way is accused of threatening to cut the car tires of a 22-year-old woman while brandishing a knife.
Both are charged with terroristic threats and acts.
Kennedy is additionally charged with disorderly conduct.
