Floyd County Sheriff Activates Rome GA Cares for Disaster Relief

The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office will be activating Rome GA Cares to assist with disaster relief in Kentucky.

After researching all of the affected areas in Kentucky and which towns are in the most need for additional relief efforts we decided to aid Whitesburg, KY. We will be collecting donations during the week of August 15, 2022 from 9AM to 5PM at the warehouse located at North Rome Church of God (1929 N Broad St Rome, GA 30161).

Sheriff Dave Roberson said, “We truly appreciate this community coming together and helping our brothers & sisters in other parts of our country when they need it most.”
