Fernando Willie Mills III, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he maliciously interfered with a woman’s cellphone when he grabbed it and threw it into the woods.
Reports added that Mills committed the acts without the victim’s consent.
Miss is charged with criminal trespass.
