Virgil Daniel Grant, 54 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he killed another person while driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Police said that a passenger in his truck, 38-year-old Tiffany E. Riseden, of Silver Creek, was killed.
Police said that the wreck occurred back on July 16th on Pleasant Valley Road in Silver Creek
Officers added that while being arrested this week Grant was found in possession of methamphetamine.
Reports did not say what alcohol/drugs Grant was on at the time of the wreck.
Grant is charged with homicide in the 1st degree and possession of methamphetamine.
