Ashya Shamya Dammond, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she rented a photobooth to a client with the intent of never delivering the goods.
Police said that Dammond charged $250 for the rental back on May 28th but never took the booth to the Bekaert Union Hall.
Dammond is charged with theft by deception.
