Tiuant Luandarius Orr, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said a traffic stop near the intersection of Kingston Avenue and Perkins Street led police to find a stolen gun.
Police said that Orr was stopped for driving without insurance when a K9 officer alerted on the vehicle. A search then led police to recover the stolen Glock 34.
Orr is charged with theft by receiving stolen property, and driving without insurance.
