Phonecia Marie Ware, 40 of Cedartown, Jeremy Labron Harper, 33 of Rome, and Jennifer Clay Thorneberry, 60 of Silver Creek, were arrested at a home on Clearvue Circle in Rome after police found an assortment of drugs that was packaged for resale.
A search of the home led officers to find over 28 grams of marijuana that was packaged in individual baggies, multiple baggies of crack cocaine, packaging materials, a digital scale, a smoking device containing crack cocaine,
Ware and Harper are charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession/distribution of marijuana, possession of a counterfeit substance with intent to distribute and possession of drug related objects.
Harper is additionally charged with probation violation.
Thorneberry is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug related objects.
