Heather Jane Pruitt, 28 of Rome, was arrested on North Broad Street after police said they found her in possession of a plastic straw that contained cocaine.
She was taken into custody near the intersection of North Broad and Anderson Streets.
Pruitt is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug related objects.
