Brandon Rodriguez-Navarro, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of large amount of marijuana and numerous THC cartridges.
Police said that Rodriguez-Navarro was found with over an ounce of marijuana and three THC cartridges at a location on Keelway Drive.
He is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and three counts THC pen.
