Davon Lamar Smith, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week when reports said he was found with a sawed-off shotgun after not moving over for a stationary police car with its blue lights flashing and a tow truck.

Police stated that Smith was then clocked at driving over 65 mph in a 45 zone.

After pulling over, officers said that they located a stolen sawed-off shotgun in the vehicle.
