A homeless 60 year-old Rome man, Harold Anthony Bailey, is facing numerous charges after reports said he was found with methamphetamine inside the Floyd County Jail after being taken into custody for cocaine possession.
Police stated that they found Bailey in possession of cocaine and a smoking pipe at a location on Hardy Road.
After arriving at the jail, deputies said that they found methamphetamine on his possession.
Bailey is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, unlawful possession of drugs by an inmate and probation violation.
